Abstract:
This report contains and describe the activities carried, implemented, skill and qualification gained, challenges faced during the industrial training, conclusion of the report and recommendation derived from the from the challenges faced at pakwach town council, pakwach district local government.
The objective this industrial training is to make student benefit from the skill and knowledge gained from the field and also apply the knowledge they get from the class room and built confidence in the student.
During the industrial training I was attached to the department of production and superior of animal department this was followed by orientation where I was first introduced to the council committee and later implement activities such as meat inspection, data entry, training farmers, treatment and vaccination of animals. during the training I also faced some challenges like poor mobilization of the farmers, shortage of veterinary drug exposure and equipment at town council, limited transport means for field and poor turn up of farmers during training. In conclusion, all the activities were implemented and industrial was carried out successfully and I was able to get some practical skills how to relate with people in the field, technical advice.
