Abstract

I participated in the following activities while carrying out my industrial training at MUARIK Chapter one includes the introductory part such as the historical background of MUARIK, mission, vision, objectives, and the organizational structure Chapter two describes the activities that I participated in during the internship In animal production we looked at hand milking of cows every morning, Debuddíng, temperature measurement, weight estimation of calves, calf identification, silage making and hay bailing. Under piggery, we covered castration. In crop section we looked at coffee, banana management, soybean and tomatoes under hydroponics and many others. Chapter three shows the skills I gained, responsibilities undertaken. influence of the field attachment on my future career and' the correlation of industrial training knowledge with that of lecture. Chapter tour includes the conclusion and recommendations as far as my industrial training is concerned Though I faced challenges like over working, I was able to overcome them and, finally completed this industrial training successfully.
