I gained a skill in disease diagnosis of different diseases. I also learnt how to dehorn and disbudding, I gained a skill on how to train calves to bucket feed, a skill on how record keeping is done. A skill on how ear tagging is done. Despite of the activities and skills gained at the Farm, I faced some challenges such as un favourable weather conditions that hindered the implementation of some activities at the Farm, poor roads especially in rainy seasons, climbing of the hills to the Farm was tiresome but however in the other way round it was a source of physical exercise to my health. And above challenges can be solved by construction of roads to the Farm. Conclusively the training was successfully done due to co-operation and maximum efforts maintained between internees, Field supervisor and the rest of the staff of Njeru Stock Farm.
